为什么说橱柜面积最大化反而不好用？

Why not use the largest cabinet area?

简单一点来说，厨房其实就是橱柜台面以及走道空间的组成。操作台面决定了厨房的收纳容量，走道的大小则决定了料理的舒适程度。

To put it simply, the kitchen is actually the composition of cabinet countertop and corridor space. The operating table determines the storage capacity of the kitchen, and the size of the aisle determines the comfort degree of cooking.

由于厨房面积是一定的，橱柜的面积增加了，通道的面积就会被压缩。就像跷跷板的两端，处于互相拉扯的状态。

对户型设计者来说，衡量厨房利用率的标准是：能够在最小的空间中放入最大的台面。一方面户型的平面构图会比较饱满，另一方面厨房的收纳容高，操作台面大也可以成为户型的一个卖点。

For apartment designers, the standard to measure kitchen utilization is to put the largest countertop in the smallest space. On the one hand, the plane composition of the house type will be more full, on the other hand, the kitchen storage capacity is high, and the operating table is large, which can also become a selling point of the house type.

从这个角度出发，我们来做一个实验，以4米长的橱柜和0.9米宽的通道的封闭式为例，分别计算「I」 「II」 「L」 「U」 这几种橱柜所需的占地面积。最终得出下面这组数据：

上  「I」：6㎡＞ 「L」：4.65㎡ ＞「II」：4.2㎡ ＞「U」：3.3㎡

Upper "I": 6m2 ＞ L ": 4.65m2 >" II ": 4.2m2 >" U ": 3.3m2

从图片上也可以看到，当红色面积（橱柜）不变时，绿色的面积（通道）越小，厨房的占地面积就越小。

可见「U」型橱柜在节省面积方面有压倒性的优势，其次就是「II」型橱柜。

橱柜越长越好？

The longer the cabinet, the better?

在同一个厨房中，将「II」型橱柜的一侧通道补上，就变成了「U」型橱柜。

补上的这一段可以为我们增加大约0.9米的橱柜长度。

但你们有没有发现，增加橱柜长度的同时，「U」型橱柜也为我们增加了两个转角。

这两个转角所形成的盲柜，由于进深空间很大，拿取物品并不是很方便
